Short answer
Pick your machine and Z version below to open its page: the mount it ships with, the mounts and spindle kits its maker lists and excludes, the table and workholding thread, the dust boots that name it, and what no maker publishes. Match parts to that page, not to the brand name.

How the data is built
Every value comes from the machine maker's or part maker's own product pages, guides and support answers, read on 2026-10-11, and each carries its source on the machine's page. Where no maker states a field, it reads "Not confirmed". We do not measure machines ourselves, and we do not fill gaps from reseller listings.
Why the Z version decides fit, not the brand
Makers state fit per machine and per Z axis. Carbide 3D says its 65 mm VFD Spindle Kit should fit the Shapeoko 3, 4, Pro and 5 Pro and is not compatible with other CNC machines,[1] and it does not recommend the kit on a Shapeoko 3 with the original belt-driven Z axis.[2] FoxAlien lists its Z clamp for several of its machines but not the XE-Ultra.[3] Onefinity sells an 80 mm mount for the original Z-16 slider that does not fit Elite series machines,[4] and a separate one for Gen 2 Elite machines with the Z-20 that excludes Gen 1 Elite machines.[5] That is why the finder lists Z versions as separate machines.
Conflicts are shown, not resolved
Makers' own pages sometimes disagree. SainSmart's 4040-PRO setup article says the 52 mm mount has a sleeve for 44 mm motors such as standard 775 motors,[6] while the product page lists 42 and 52 mm mounts.[7] The machine's page shows both. Ask the maker before you rely on either.
What is not listed yet
The Shapeoko HDM, the PwnCNC Dominator and the Genmitsu 3018 and 3030 have no pages yet, because we found too few maker facts for them. If yours is one of these, start from the identify guide and measure the body.

Questions
My machine is not in the list. What now?
Measure the router or spindle body and note the Z axis and table thread, then buy only parts whose maker names your machine. The measuring guide and the mount size finder help.
Why does a field say 'Not confirmed'?
Because no maker page, guide or support answer we read states it. We leave it blank rather than fill it from a reseller listing.
