Pressure-washer guns, hoses and fittings

Pressure washer parts that fit your machine's connections

Pick your pressure washer to see its outlet, hose, gun, wand and nozzle connections as its maker documents them, with every gap marked Not confirmed, so you know which adapter, hose or tip to look for.

Common buying mistakes

  1. Treating every M22 fitting as the same

M22 14 mm and 15 mm fittings share the same 22 mm thread but differ in the inner stem. AR Blue Clean says a 14 mm stem in a 15 mm bore leaks, and a 15 mm stem will not enter a 14 mm bore. Measure the male end's bore or read each part's document before you buy.

  2. Sizing a nozzle from the maximum PSI

Nozzle size comes from the machine's rated output, not its headline figures. The 2020 Sun Joe SPX3000 manual lists 2,030 PSI and 1.76 GPM maximum but 1,450 PSI and 1.24 GPM rated. Put the rated pair into the formula Cat Pumps and General Pump publish.

  3. Expecting a Kärcher gun to take a quick-connect tip

Kärcher states that a nozzle cannot be connected directly to its VersaGRIP or Standard trigger gun: a spray wand goes on first. Its bayonet gun kit uses Kärcher-specific connections, not M22 or 1/4 in quick-connect, so buy accessories made for that interface or a stated adapter.

  4. Buying a foam cannon without checking its connector

MJJC sells its Foam Cannon PRO V3.0 in separate connector versions, including 1/4 in quick connector, Kärcher K and other brand versions. The connector on the end of your wand decides which version fits.

  5. Patching a damaged hose or leaking coupling

Champion's 100384 manual says never to repair a high-pressure hose or seal a leaking connection with sealant: replace the hose or the O-ring. The CDC warns that spray wounds can look minor and still be serious. Relieve pressure before you disconnect anything.

How we choose

We start from your machine's own connections: pump outlet, hose ends, gun, wand and nozzle. Thread sizes, M22 bores, quick-connect sizes, pressure, flow and temperature ratings come from the machine and part makers' manuals, spec pages and support answers, and every value is labeled with its source. Where makers disagree or publish nothing, we mark it Not confirmed instead of filling the gap. We list a part only when its maker states the connection and a rating that cover your machine. A store's name alone does not show that the brand authorized it. Nothing here has been tested by us; the ratings we quote are the makers' own specs, not measurements.
