Short answer
Buy J-cups whose maker lists your upright and your hole or pin size. On 2x2 in racks, REP's 1000 Series cups use 1 in pins and Titan prints the T-2 hole as 26 mm and 1 in. On 2x3 in racks, Rogue's Infinity cups use 5/8 in pins, and Titan lists 11/16 in holes with a 5/8 in J-hook pin on the T-3. Third-party cups such as Synergee's state upright and hole sizes instead of rack names.
2x2 is not 50 mm
A 2x2 in upright works out to 50.8 x 50.8 mm, which is not the same size as a 50 x 50 mm metric tube.[1] Measure your rack if you are not sure which you have.
2x2 in systems
REP PR-1000, PR-1050 and PR-1100. REP lists the PR-1000 and PR-1100 with 2 x 2 in 14-gauge uprights, with 2 in hole spacing on the PR-1000 and 3 in on the PR-1100.[2] REP says its 1000 Series standard J-cups fit the PR-1000, PR-1050 and PR-1100, are made for 2 x 2 in uprights with 1 in pins, and carry a 700 lb rackable capacity.[3] REP does not say whether that figure is per cup or per pair.
Titan T-2. Titan lists the T-2 with 2 x 2 in 14-gauge uprights.[4] It gives the T-2 hole as 26 mm in its spec table and as 1 in holes in its description.[4] Record both.
2x3 in systems
Rogue Infinity and R-Series. Rogue says its Infinity J-cup set is made for its 2 x 3 in S-Series squat stands and R-Series racks, uses a 5/8 in pin, and is compatible only with 5/8 in Infinity and R-Series units.[5] Rogue does not extend that to other 2x3 racks.
Titan T-3. Titan lists the T-3 with 2 x 3 in 11-gauge uprights and 11/16 in holes.[6] Its support page states a 5/8 in pin size for its T-3 J-hooks (JHOOK_T3, SKU 401348).[7] The hole and the pin are different numbers; our hole vs pin guide explains why.
Third-party cups by size
Synergee J-cups come in 2x2, 2x3 and 3x3 versions with 5/8 in and 1 in peg options through a metal converter.[8] Other Synergee listings sell a separate "converter version", so confirm the converter is in the variant or package you choose. Synergee rates a pair at 750 lb combined when both cups are set at equal heights.[8] It lists a 3.3 in resting shelf on its 2x2 and 2x3 versions.[8]
Synergee names upright and hole sizes, not rack models. That is a different kind of fit evidence from a named host list: you have to measure.
Cross-brand lock problems
Garage Gym Experiment reported that Titan T-2 accessories relying on lock-in pins did not fully work on a REP PR-1100: roller J-cups fit, but their lock-in pins could not be used as intended.[9] Both racks are 2x2. Same tube size does not mean same lock. If a lock does not line up, see what to do when a locking pin does not line up.

Questions
Will Titan T-2 J-hooks fit my REP PR-1100?
Neither maker lists that pairing. Garage Gym Experiment reported that Titan T-2 accessories relying on lock-in pins did not fully work on a PR-1100, so treat it as not compatible unless Titan lists your rack.[9]
Which J-cups fit a 2x3 rack with 11/16 in holes?
Start with the rack maker's own cups. For the Titan T-3, which lists 11/16 in holes, Titan states a 5/8 in pin for its T-3 J-hooks. A third-party cup must list your upright and hole size.[6][7]
Is Synergee's 750 lb per cup or per pair?
Per pair. Synergee rates a pair at 750 lb combined when both cups are set at equal heights. Do not split it into a per-cup number.[8]
Is a 2x2 rack the same as a 50 mm rack?
No. 2x2 in works out to 50.8 x 50.8 mm, not 50 x 50 mm.[1]
