Short answer
RYOBI lists its AC21GB 21-inch fabric grass bag, frame not included, for eight mower model pairs.[1] It lists its AC04025 21-inch replacement blade for four models and excludes three others.[2] The two lists are not the same, so check the bag and the blade against your model number separately.

Both lists in one table
This table shows only what RYOBI's two pages state. "Not listed" means the page does not name the model; it does not mean the part fits or does not fit.

Reading the model pairs
RYOBI writes five of the AC21GB entries as pairs, such as RY401140/RY401014.[1] Match the model number on your mower's label to one of the numbers shown. If your number is not in the table, RYOBI's page does not confirm it, even if your mower is a 21-inch RYOBI 40V. The RYOBI RY401014 page collects what is listed for that model.
Your model number is on the label on the deck or handle; the model and serial number guide shows where to look.
The AC21GB bag
RYOBI's page says the AC21GB is a 21-inch fabric replacement grass bag and states "Includes Fabric Only; Frame Not Included."[1] It is a bag-only part: you keep your existing frame. The page gives no capacity or dimensions. If your frame is bent or broken, the AC21GB alone will not fix it; see fabric only, frame only or both.
The AC04025 blade
RYOBI's 21-inch replacement blade AC04025 is listed for the RY401014, RY401016, RY40HPLM05 and RY40HPLM01, and RYOBI's page excludes the RY40LM01, RY40LM10-Y and RY401130.[2] The page does not state the blade style, and its "Includes" section is empty.[2] So we cannot tell you from RYOBI's page whether hardware comes with it.
AC04025 is RYOBI's OEM part number. If you shop for an aftermarket blade, search by that number in the maker's lookup and compare the old blade's measurements before you fit anything. The part-number lookup guide and how to measure a mower blade explain both steps.
Picks that fit1 product
Choose Oregon J-21-1 only if Oregon's Part Finder lists it for your RYOBI model number and it matches your old blade; this site has no verified fit record for it.

Common mix-ups
- "My mower takes the bag, so it takes the blade." Not by these pages. The RY40HPLM02 is on the bag list but not on the blade list.[1][2]
- "It is 21 inches, so it fits." Three RYOBI models are excluded from the 21-inch AC04025 blade by name.[2] Size is not a fit list.
- "The bag comes with the frame." Not the AC21GB.[1]
