The current number and the old ones
Cub Cadet's page for the 19B30031100 says it fits riding mowers including XT1 and XT2 Enduro Series models from 2010 on, with 42 or 46-inch decks.[1] It lists 19A30003100 and 19A30031100 as the parts it replaces.[1] That is a supersession: an old number now points to a new one.
The older 19A30031100 page lists the same XT1 and XT2 Enduro mowers from 2010 on with 42 and 46-inch decks, and states that it replaces 19A30003100.[3] Both pages showed the item as not currently available when read, so availability may change.
A retailer title that gives the 19B30031100 as "2015 and after" could not be read, so this site uses Cub Cadet's own "2010" start only. See the Cub Cadet XT1 and XT2 Enduro page for other parts listed for those mowers.

What a Cub Cadet double bagger carton lists
Cub Cadet's 19B30031100 page does not itemize the box. The contents list we could read is in Cub Cadet's installation manual for its 42/46-inch double bagger, model 19A70054*. That carton includes:[4]
- a boot assembly (the bagger boot)
- two grass bag assemblies
- bagger supports
- a hose (the collection hose)
- adapter and hitch adapter brackets
- an RZT bagger weight with three weight plates
- weight hanger brackets
- hardware packs
Use this as a model of what a complete kit looks like, not as the contents of the 19B30031100. Your kit's own manual has its list. The weight parts matter: the bagger weights guide explains why.

These numbers identify parts of that bagger only. The 50/54-inch version, 19A70055*, uses a different boot and hose.[4] Before you order a single bag or hose for any other Cub Cadet bagger, check the numbers in its manual or on Cub Cadet's parts lookup with your bagger's model number.
The triple bagger
Cub Cadet's triple bagger 19A30056100 has a 10-bushel capacity and includes three bags, a chute, a deflector, a hood, mounting brackets and hardware.[2] Cub Cadet lists it for XT Enduro XT1 and XT2 lawn tractors with 42 and 46-inch decks, with no model year stated, and it replaces 19A30030100.[2]

Capacity is the maker's figure for the whole system. A bushel is a volume, and neither page gives a weight limit.
Troy-Bilt's bagger for the same deck sizes
Troy-Bilt lists its riding mower bagger 19B30031GFP for "most" Craftsman, Cub Cadet, Troy-Bilt, Yard Machines, Bolens and Huskee riding mowers with 42 or 46-inch decks from 2010 on.[5] Its replaces list includes 19B30031100.[5] "Most" is Troy-Bilt's word: check your model against Troy-Bilt's or Cub Cadet's lookup before ordering it.
