Short answer
A rack pull-up bar fits when two things match: the crossmember or bracket it mounts to, and your rack's depth and hole pattern. In practice that means a bar your rack's maker lists for your series. REP and other makers do not guarantee their bars on other brands, and a rating is only the maker's number, often with no scope.

Two fit questions
What does it mount to? Some multi-grip bars replace or bolt onto a crossmember; others hang from brackets that pin or bolt into the upright holes. Either way, the mounting parts have to match your rack's crossmember style or hole size.
Does it span your rack? A bar that runs front to back has to match the rack's depth, and one that runs side to side has to match its width. Makers sell bars by series for that reason.
REP 5000 Series Crossmember Multi-Grip
REP lists a 1,000 lb capacity and a 1.25 in bar diameter for its 5000 Series Crossmember Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar.[1] REP does not say whether the 1,000 lb is for the bar as installed, per handle, or something else, so we quote it without a scope. We read these specs on REP's EU storefront because the US page did not show them.
The bar installs with integrated nuts in the handles and pairs with REP's 72 in and 82 in connectors, logo-plate crossmembers and regular crossmembers.[1] It is a 5000 Series part. On the same page REP says it cannot guarantee compatibility between REP items and non-REP items because of manufacturing and machining differences.[1]
Titan: bracket holes and side holes
Titan gives an 11/16 in hole size for the mounting bracket of its SPHPUBAR_T3X3TS pull-up bar.[2] Compare that figure with your rack's own hole size, and confirm the rack is on Titan's listing for the bar before you order.
Titan also says its T-2 rack has no side holes, which is why its lat tower and a pivoting boxing reflex trainer are not compatible with the T-2.[3] Any pull-up accessory that needs side holes is ruled out on a rack without them.
Other brands and your warranty
REP says it does not guarantee compatibility with other companies' products and that warranties can be voided in those cases.[4] A pull-up bar carries your full body weight, so a bar that "nearly" fits is not a fit.
| Bar | Mounts to | Maker's host list | Maker's figure |
|---|---|---|---|
| REP 5000 Series Crossmember Multi-Grip | REP crossmembers and connectors | 5000 Series | 1,000 lb, scope not stated |
| Titan SPHPUBAR_T3X3TS | Bracket with 11/16 in hole | Not in the answer we read | Not in the answer we read |
Adding a pull-up bar to a rack without one
Only with a bar or crossmember your rack's maker lists for your exact rack. If the maker offers none, ask it. Never drill new holes, add brackets the maker does not list, or hang a bar from a part that was not made to carry it.

Questions
Will a multi-grip pull-up bar fit my rack?
Only if its maker lists your rack. REP's 5000 Series Crossmember Multi-Grip pairs with named REP crossmembers and connectors, and REP does not guarantee fit with non-REP items.[1]
What rating does a rack pull-up bar have?
Whatever its maker states, in its words. REP lists 1,000 lb for its 5000 Series Crossmember Multi-Grip without saying what the figure covers.[1]
Can I add a pull-up bar to a rack without one?
Only with a bar or crossmember your rack's maker lists for that rack. Never drill or add unlisted brackets; REP says warranties can be voided when other companies' products are used.[4]
Why won't some Titan accessories fit a T-2?
Titan says the T-2 has no side holes, which is why its lat tower and pivoting boxing reflex trainer are not compatible with it.[3]
