Short answer
Micro Swiss sells its NG direct drive kit M3201 for the CR-10 and Ender 3 family, including the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro; the Ender 3 V2 Neo has its own kit (M3208). Micro Swiss also lists the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro for its all-metal hotend kit and MK8 wear-resistant nozzles. CNC Kitchen's numbers for a near-stock Ender-3 Pro are in the notes, labeled as one setup.

- Hardware revisions
- Micro Swiss groups the Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro and Ender 3 V2 under one NG kit (M3201) and sells separate kits for the Ender 3 V2 Neo (M3208), Ender 3 Neo and Ender 3 Max Neo[1][2]Do not assume a kit for the V2 fits a V2 Neo.

- Micro Swiss NG direct drive M3201 (CR-10, CR-10s, CR-10-S4, CR-10-S5, Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro, Ender 3 V2); Micro Swiss linear-rail NG adaptation plate (needs an MGN12 rail and MGN12H carriage block; rail not included)[2][1][3]The plate fits once a rail is fitted. That is not evidence that a rail conversion improves prints.
- Recall status
- No recall found on 2026-10-08[4]On 2026-10-08 we found the Bambu Lab A1 recall as the only 3D printer recall in CPSC's notices. That is a dated search, not proof that no recall exists.

Watch out for
- The Ender 3 V2 Neo is not covered by the M3201 NG kit; Micro Swiss sells it a separate kit (M3208).
- Micro Swiss's linear-rail NG plate does not include the rail. You need an MGN12 rail and an MGN12H carriage block first.
- After an extruder swap, recalibrate E-steps; Micro Swiss gives a g-code file instead of an E-steps value for the NG.
What fits
Product details below are the seller's own description unless a source is shown. Pick the variant named for each item.
Direct drive extruder
Micro Swiss NG direct drive extruder for Creality CR‑10 / Ender 3 (M3201)Choose the CR-10 / Ender 3 kit (M3201), not the V2 Neo kit (M3208).
Micro Swiss lists the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro for this kit. It supplies an E-steps g-code file.
All-metal hotend
Micro Swiss all-metal hotend kit for Creality CR‑10 / Ender 2, 3, 5, 0.4 mm (M2583‑04)Choose the 0.4 mm kit (M2583-04).
Micro Swiss lists the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro. The kit reuses the printer's own heater and thermistor.
Wear-resistant nozzle
Micro Swiss MK8 plated A2 tool-steel wear-resistant nozzle, 0.4 mm (M2585‑04)Choose the 0.4 mm variant (M2585-04).
Micro Swiss lists the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro, and makes this nozzle for abrasive filaments such as carbon fiber.
Hardened nozzle
Micro Swiss MK8 plated M2 hardened high-speed-steel nozzle, 0.4 mm (M2500‑04)Choose the 0.4 mm variant (M2500-04).
Micro Swiss lists the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro. Its 450 °C figure is about the nozzle material, not a hotend rating.
Bed probe
Creality CR Touch auto leveling kitChoose the Creality CR Touch kit, not a 'for CR Touch' lookalike.
Creality lists the Ender-3 (32-bit mainboard) and Ender-3 Pro and publishes a CR Touch firmware build per model; an Ender-3 on an 8-bit board cannot use it as is.
CNC Kitchen's 2022 extrusion benchmark on a near-stock Ender-3 Pro with PLA found usable flow of about 6 mm³/s at 200 °C, 8 mm³/s at 220 °C and about 12 mm³/s at 240 °C. That is one printer and one material, not a rated limit; the author notes that higher temperatures bring more stringing, blobs and emissions.
In CNC Kitchen's 2023 load-cell test, the stock Ender-3 feeder pushed about 2.8 kg, while the other extruders tested ranged from about 4 to 10 kg at normal settings. Push force is one setup's measurement, not a print-quality score.
Questions
Which Micro Swiss NG kit fits the Ender-3 Pro?
Micro Swiss lists the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro for its NG direct drive kit M3201, along with the Ender 3 V2 and CR-10 family. The Ender 3 V2 Neo needs the separate M3208 kit.[2][1]
How much flow does a stock Ender-3 Pro manage?
In CNC Kitchen's 2022 benchmark on a near-stock Ender-3 Pro with PLA, usable flow was about 6 mm³/s at 200 °C and about 12 mm³/s at 240 °C. That is one setup, not a rated limit.[5]
Is the stock Ender-3 extruder weak?
In CNC Kitchen's 2023 load-cell test the stock Ender-3 feeder pushed about 2.8 kg, against about 4 to 10 kg for the other extruders tested. Force alone does not rate print quality. See extruder upgrades.[6]
