Short answer
If your old deck wheel is Cub Cadet 734-04155, Oregon's 72-025 carries that number in its title and lists its size: 5 x 2-5/8 in with a 1/2-inch bearing inner diameter.[1] For a John Deere D100 with a 42-inch deck, Deere's maintenance sheet names gage wheel GX10168,[2] and Stens lists its 210-051 (5/8-inch bore) as replacing GX10168.[3] For 2002-and-later Toro Recyclers, Stens's 400-320 blade adapter replaces Toro 104-8687, 104-8695 and 106-3987.[4] Our catalog has no approved blade bolt yet.
How we chose
Deck hardware is on this list only if:
- The maker states the size or names the deck it serves. A wheel is described by diameter, bore and hub. Oregon lists its 72-025 as 5 x 2-5/8 in, without saying which figure is the diameter, with a 1/2-inch bearing inner diameter[1] and an offset plastic hub with a 2-7/16-inch hub length.[1] Cub Cadet lists its own deck gauge wheel 734-04155 as a 5-inch wheel for 42-, 46-, 50- and 54-inch decks.[5]
- Adapters and bolts need the same detail. Troy-Bilt sells blade adapters with the same 7/8-inch or 25 mm bore in different heights, including 1.19-inch and 2.15-inch versions and 2.85-inch versions with a pulley.[6] Cub Cadet lists part 710-1044 as a hex screw, 3/8-24 x 1.5, without calling it a blade bolt.[7] We list an adapter or bolt only when its maker ties it to a model.
- The product is approved in our catalog, from the brand's store or one it links.
On 2026-10-17 four deck wheels and one blade adapter met this bar. Stens's 210-169 kit, 5 x 2-3/4 inches with a 5/8-inch bore, replaces old-style Exmark wheels such as 103-3168.[8]

Before you order
- Compare with the old wheel. Diameter, width, bore, hub length and offset all matter, and the 72-025's page does not label which of its two figures is the diameter.
- Look up the model. Oregon's 72-025 page lists no models and directs buyers to Oregon's Parts Lookup Tool;[1] use it with your mower's model number.
- Hardware. Oregon's page does not say whether mounting hardware comes with the wheel. Reuse sound hardware or order the parts your list names.

Questions
Is Oregon's 72-025 the same as Cub Cadet 734-04155?
Oregon's title names 734-04155 and Oregon describes the wheel for Cub Cadet products, but it does not label the number as a cross-reference or list models. Check Oregon's Parts Lookup with your model number.[1]
Which gage wheel does the John Deere D100 42-inch deck use?
John Deere's maintenance sheet for the D100 with 42-inch deck lists GX10168 as the gage wheel. Confirm your serial number and any supersession with Deere.[2]
Why is only one blade adapter and no bolt on this list?
Only Stens's 400-320 for 2002-and-later Toro Recyclers has a maker-stated crank size and replaced numbers, and our catalog has no approved blade bolt yet. Troy-Bilt sells adapters with the same bore in several heights, so an adapter has to be chosen from your model's parts list.[4][6]
