The Monster Lite racks Rogue lists for the Lite Slinger, the ones it excludes, the 5/8 in bolt mount, the crossmember catch and the floor-fastening rule.

Also listed as Monster Lite Slinger

Short answer

Rogue lists the Monster Lite Slinger only for Monster Lite racks: the RML-490, RML-690, Froning RML-4100C and Monster Lite Cave. It mounts with two 5/8 in bolt assemblies through holes 8 in on center, pulls at 1:1, and the rack must be fastened to the floor. Standard Monster Lite crossmembers lack cable holes; Rogue offers pre-drilled Monster Lite 3.0 crossmembers.
