Pick the part whose Festool page names both your hose diameter and your tool's flange or your CT model. Festool's lists are specific: the 452892 connector, for example, is listed for the CT 22 and CT 33 only.[1]
Tool end: the 577162 connecting sleeve
Festool's 577162 D 27 DM-AS/CT connecting sleeve uses a bayonet fitting to lock a suction hose to a power tool's extractor connector.[2] Festool lists it for D 27 and D 27/32 suction hoses, for power tools with D 27 and D 36 flanges, and for D 27 and D 36 cleaning accessories.[2]
Read that list closely. The sleeve is for Festool D 27 hoses. It meets Festool tools with either a D 27 or a D 36 flange. It is a connecting sleeve for Festool's system, not an adapter for other brands' 27 or 36 mm ports.
Extractor end: rotating connectors
452892 for D 27 hoses. Festool USA lists the 452892 D 27 DAG-AS rotating connector with a 58 mm (2-9/32-inch) external diameter for attaching D 27 hoses to the CT 22 and CT 33 extractor inlets.[1] Those are the only two models named, so a CT 26, CT 36 or another model is not covered by this listing.
204920 for D36 hoses. Festool's 204920 D36 DAG-AS/CTR rotating adapter connects a D36 or D36/32 antistatic suction hose to a Festool mobile dust extractor.[3] Festool says it includes an RFID chip for hose detection.[3] The page names no extractor models, so check your extractor's own accessory list.

Festool says antistatic performance requires a complete antistatic system of extractor, hoses, sleeves and couplings.[1] That is Festool's statement about its own parts working together. Using a Festool hose on another vacuum
