Short answer
For a phone, the SP Connect bike mount: SP Connect lists bars and stems of about 20-44 mm, with flat and round adapters included.[1] For a CatEye light, the H-34N bracket, listed for 22-35 mm bars.[2] For a Wahoo BOLT 3 or ROAM 3, Wahoo's own out-front mount, for 31.8 mm round bars only.[3]
How we chose
A mount is on this list only if:
- Its maker states the bar or stem diameters it fits. We give the range as the maker states it. Quad Lock, for comparison, designs its Handlebar/Stem Mount for 25-40 mm.[4] A range is the maker's statement for round tubes, not a promise for every bar shape.
- Its maker names the interface or devices. Computer mounts are not interchangeable across brands: Wahoo says its ELEMNT, BOLT and ROAM computers do not work directly with Garmin mounts.[5] CatEye names the lights its H-34N supports and says AMPP models with rubber strap mounts are not compatible.[2]
- It comes from the device's or mount's own maker, sold on Amazon. Check "Ships from / Sold by" on each.
We have verified the stated ranges for the first three picks. For the Garmin, K-Edge, Magicshine and ROCKBROS mounts, we have not yet checked their makers' figures, so each pick says what to confirm.

Before you order
- Measure the clamp spot. Bars change diameter along their length. See how to measure your handlebar diameter.
- Torque. Wahoo says only minimal torque is needed for its out-front mount and warns that over-torquing can strip its threads.[3] We give no torque numbers; follow each maker's instructions.
- Phone cameras. Apple's note on vibration and iPhone cameras covers motorcycles, mopeds and scooters and does not mention bicycles.[6] We make no claim either way.
