Short answer
The INSE P30 is a corded grooming vacuum whose listing states a 4.5 L dust box and offers US-plug variants in white and black. For the US or Canada, choose a US-plug variant and confirm a 110-120 V rating on the label before you plug it in. "Ultra-low noise" is the seller's claim: we have not measured it, and the store's name was not captured.
What it is
A corded grooming vacuum sold as the INSE P30, with a 4.5 L dust box per the listing, which offers several colors with EU and US plug options. Our catalog records two US-plug variants, white and black. Like other grooming vacuums, it pairs grooming heads with suction so loose hair goes into the canister instead of into the room, as Neakasa describes its own kits.[1]

Variants sold under this listing

Which variant to choose
- For the US and Canada, choose "White, US plug" or "Black, US plug". EU-plug variants are not for North American outlets.
- Check the voltage. Standard US wall outlets are 120 volts.[2] A US plug alone does not prove the rating. Look for a variant that states 110 V or 110-120 V, as one AliExpress vacuum listing does for its American-plug version,[3] and read the rating label on arrival. A plug adapter does not change the voltage.
- Check the safety mark. In Canada, Health Canada says not to buy plug-in products without a CSA, cUL or cETL mark on the product itself.[4] In the US, CPSC points to testing-laboratory marks such as UL, ETL or CSA.[5] An FCC logo is not a safety mark.[6]
What to check
- Seller identity. The store name was not captured when we recorded the listing, so check the seller before ordering. AliExpress's terms say it is not responsible for the quality or safety of listed products,[7] and an "Official Store" label is the platform's, not proof of a brand relationship.
- Noise. "Ultra-low noise" is the seller's description, with no figure or method. Makers that do publish figures tend to quote their quietest mode, as Neakasa does with its 52 dB eco-mode number.[1] Introduce the vacuum gradually, starting with it switched off.[8]
- Capacity. The 4.5 L figure is the seller's. Listings can disagree with makers: an oneisall-branded listing gives a 1.5 L container where oneisall.com gives 2 L for a model with the same suction claim.[9][10]
- Returns. Check for the Free Return badge on the listing; the terms give 15 calendar days from confirmed receipt for participating items.[11]

Questions
Which INSE P30 variant should I buy in the US or Canada?
Choose 'White, US plug' or 'Black, US plug', then confirm a 110-120 V rating on the label when it arrives; a US plug alone does not prove the voltage. Standard US wall outlets are 120 V.[2]
How loud is the INSE P30?
We don't know. The listing calls it ultra-low noise but gives no measured figure or test method. Introduce it gradually, starting with the machine switched off.[8]
Is the seller an official INSE store?
We could not confirm that; the store name was not captured. AliExpress store labels such as 'Official Store' are the platform's own and can change, so check the brand's website before relying on one.[13]
Can the INSE P30 dry my dog after a bath?
No. It is a grooming vacuum for loose hair. AKC explains that high-velocity dog dryers work by blowing water out of the coat. Do not use the vacuum on a wet dog unless its manual says it is rated for that.[14]
